Is Stayapps a PMS?
No. A PMS manages reservations, check-ins and billing. Stayapps manages what happens in the building: cleaning, repairs, stock, lost items and team communication. It sits on top of your PMS and keeps room status in sync both ways.
Do I need to change my PMS?
No. Stayapps connects to the PMS you already have. If you do not have one, or you are between two, Stayapps works standalone with a simple room list.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. The mobile app keeps working offline in basements, corridors and remote properties. Updates sync automatically once the phone is back online.
How long does it take to set up?
Days, not months. We import your rooms and floors, invite your team, and connect the PMS. Most hotels run their first cleaning day on Stayapps within a week.
Can I use only one module?
Yes. Many hotels start with housekeeping or maintenance alone and switch the others on later. Every module writes to the same room history, so they work better together.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, in line with GDPR. You can export or delete your data at any time.
